SALE AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: The Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer all rights, title, and interest in and to the bicycle described above. The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the bicycle and have the right to sell it free and clear of any liens, encumbrances, or claims by third parties.
AS-IS CONDITION: The Buyer acknowledges that the bicycle is sold in “AS-IS” condition, where-is, with all faults and defects, whether known or unknown. The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the bicycle. The Buyer has inspected the bicycle or has waived the right to inspect and accepts it in its current condition.
PAYMENT AND CONSIDERATION: The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the full purchase price stated above. The Buyer acknowledges that payment has been received in full by the Seller, and the Seller hereby releases the bicycle to the Buyer upon receipt of said payment. This sale is final and non-refundable.
LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION: From the date of this sale forward, the Buyer assumes all risks and liabilities associated with the ownership, possession, and use of the bicycle. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Buyer’s use or possession of the bicycle after the date of sale.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sale of the bicycle and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral. No modification of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of .
