DESCRIPTION OF LAPTOP: The Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer the laptop computer described above, including all current specifications, accessories, and components present at the time of sale. The laptop is transferred in its current physical and operational condition.
AS-IS CONDITION: The Buyer acknowledges that the laptop is sold in “AS-IS” condition with no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer has inspected the laptop and accepts it in its current condition, understanding that the Seller makes no guarantees regarding performance, battery life, or future operability.
TITLE AND OWNERSHIP: The Seller represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the laptop, that the laptop is free from all liens, encumbrances, and claims, and that the Seller has full authority to sell and transfer ownership. The Seller agrees to provide any passwords, unlock codes, or documentation necessary to transfer full ownership and access to the Buyer.
DATA AND SOFTWARE: The Seller certifies that all personal data has been removed from the laptop prior to sale. The Buyer acknowledges responsibility for obtaining proper licenses for any software or operating systems. Neither party shall be liable for any data loss, software licensing issues, or digital content that may remain on or be missing from the device.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Seller shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use or inability to use the laptop after the sale. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the laptop’s operation, maintenance, and repair. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
