DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION: The Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer the mobile phone described above in its current condition. The Seller confirms that all data has been erased from the device and that Find My iPhone/Find My Device or similar tracking features have been disabled. The phone is sold with all included accessories, if any, as described at the time of sale.
AS-IS SALE: The mobile phone is sold on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer accepts the phone in its current condition and acknowledges having had the opportunity to inspect the device prior to purchase.
CARRIER AND ACTIVATION STATUS: The Seller represents that the mobile phone is not subject to any outstanding financing agreements, payment plans, or contractual obligations. The Seller warrants that the device is not blacklisted, reported stolen, or otherwise restricted from activation on compatible carrier networks. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their chosen carrier.
OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER: The Seller represents and warrants that they are the lawful owner of the mobile phone and have full authority to sell it. The Seller certifies that the phone is free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims. Upon receipt of full payment, all ownership rights, title, and interest in the mobile phone transfer to the Buyer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the mobile phone. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the phone’s functionality, battery life, software compatibility, and future performance after the sale is complete.
GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of .
