SALE AND TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: The Seller hereby sells, transfers, and conveys to the Buyer all right, title, and interest in and to the motor scooter described above. The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the motor scooter and have the legal right to sell it, and that the motor scooter is free from all liens, encumbrances, and claims of third parties.
AS-IS CONDITION: The Buyer acknowledges that the motor scooter is sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS condition, with all faults and defects, whether known or unknown.
