The Seller certifies that the firearm is not stolen, has not been used in the commission of any crime, and is not subject to any liens, encumbrances, or legal restrictions that would prevent its lawful transfer.
BUYER REPRESENTATIONS AND COMPLIANCE: The Buyer represents and warrants that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess the firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Buyer certifies that they are not prohibited from possessing firearms due to any felony conviction, domestic violence conviction, restraining order, mental health adjudication, or any other disqualifying factor.
