PAYMENT METHOD: The Purchaser will pay the Purchase Price to the Seller by Cash.
COMPUTER DESCRIPTION: The Seller will sell and deliver to the Purchaser the following computer:

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: The Seller hereby transfers to the Buyer all right, title, and interest in and to the computer described above, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances, and claims. The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the computer and have the full right and authority to sell the computer to the Buyer.
AS-IS CONDITION: The Buyer acknowledges that the computer is sold in its current “AS-IS” condition with all faults, defects, and imperfections. The Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Buyer has inspected the computer and accepts it in its present condition.
DATA AND SOFTWARE: The Seller represents that all personal data has been removed from the computer prior to sale and accepts no responsibility for any data remaining on the device. Any software included is transferred as-is, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring proper licensing and compliance with all applicable software agreements. The Seller is not responsible for providing product keys, activation codes, or software support.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Buyer assumes all risk of loss, damage, or malfunction of the computer from the date of sale. The Seller shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the computer, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or hardware failure.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This Bill of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the sale of the computer and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements. No modification of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of .
