REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES: The Seller represents and warrants that: (a) the firearm is free from all liens, encumbrances, and claims; (b) the Seller has not altered, defaced, or removed the serial number; (c) the firearm is not stolen property; and (d) to the best of Seller’s knowledge, the firearm is in working condition and has not been used in the commission of any crime.
BUYER’S ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND COMPLIANCE: The Buyer acknowledges that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess the firearm under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The Buyer agrees to comply with all laws governing the purchase, possession, and use of firearms, including but not limited to background check requirements, registration requirements, and waiting periods where applicable.
AS-IS CONDITION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Except as expressly stated herein, the firearm is sold in AS-IS condition without any warranties, express or implied. The Seller shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the Buyer’s use, misuse, or possession of the firearm after the completion of this sale.
INDEMNIFICATION: The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Seller from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the Buyer’s possession, use, or transfer of the firearm after the date of this sale.
