IN CONSIDERATION of of (the ‘Purchaser’) providing $ (the “Purchase Price”), the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged to of (the ‘Seller’), the Seller SELLS AND DELIVERS the cat to the Purchaser.
PAYMENT METHOD: The Purchaser will pay the Purchase Price to the Seller by Cash.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP: The Seller hereby transfers full ownership and possession of the above-described cat to the Buyer. The Seller warrants that they are the lawful owner of the cat and have the right to sell and transfer ownership. The Buyer accepts the cat in its current condition and assumes all responsibilities for the cat’s care, maintenance, and well-being from the date of this sale.
HEALTH REPRESENTATION: The Seller represents that, to the best of their knowledge, the cat is in good health as of the date of this sale. The Seller provides any available veterinary records, vaccination records, and health certificates. The Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to examine the cat or have the cat examined by a veterinarian of their choice prior to purchase. The Buyer is encouraged to obtain a veterinary examination within 72 hours of purchase.
AS-IS SALE AND WARRANTIES: Except as specifically stated in this agreement, the cat is sold “AS-IS” and “WHERE-IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Seller makes no guarantees regarding the cat’s temperament, behavior, breeding capability, or future health conditions. The Buyer accepts all risks associated with the ownership of the cat.
BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES: The Buyer agrees to provide proper care, nutrition, shelter, and veterinary attention for the cat in accordance with applicable animal welfare laws. The Buyer agrees not to abuse, neglect, or abandon the cat. The Buyer acknowledges that ownership of the cat may be subject to local licensing, registration, and vaccination requirements, and agrees to comply with all such requirements.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Seller shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by the cat after the transfer of ownership, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or veterinary expenses. The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Buyer’s ownership of the cat.
GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of .
