AS-IS CONDITION: The Seller sells and the Buyer purchases the appliance in its current “AS-IS” condition. No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the condition, quality, or fitness for any particular purpose of the appliance.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: The Seller makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Upon receipt of full payment, the Seller transfers all right, title, and interest in the appliance to the Buyer.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, malfunction, or failure of the appliance. The Buyer assumes all risks associated with the installation, operation, maintenance, and use of the appliance. The Seller’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the appliance.
REMOVAL AND DELIVERY: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Buyer is solely responsible for the removal, transportation, and installation of the appliance. The Seller is not responsible for any damage occurring during or after removal from the Seller’s premises. The Buyer releases the Seller from all claims related to removal, delivery, or installation activities.
GOVERNING LAW: This Bill of Sale shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province/State of .
